Delivery Method
Except when the method is stated (eg. "Royal Mail Recorded Delivery"), we will send your order the "Best Way". Semma4 generally covers a large proportion of the cost of postage on larger orders, but you may select a specific courier at a significantly higher price. Some (but not all) of the delivery methods we use are displayed on this page.
Delivery Times
You will recieve a confirmation of your order by e-mail (usually within 48 hours).
Most items should be in stock and you should recieve them within a few days. Some items may take upto 7-10 days.
However, some items will need to be ordered or specially made so please allow a total of 28 days for delivery of your order.
General Returns
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email or phone us to let us know to expect your item/s and return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt (less the original postage charge), or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Items sold as brand new that have been worn/used outside, EXCEPT in the instance where there is a fault with the product, cannot be returned. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, Semma4 cannot be held responsible for any loss in the post of returns. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
All returns must be registered by e-mail or telephone within 7 days of reciept. Then sent with a covering letter or fill out the form on the back of the invoice explaining the reason for return. If a replacement is required, postage will be charged as per previous order.
Incorrect or Faulty Item Returns
Please contact us within 7 days and we will advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds
If a partial of full refund is necessary, this is how it is credited back to you:
By Card through Paypal If the payment was sent using a credit or debit card, refunds are credited back to the same credit or debit card account. Due to credit card policy out of our control, refunds to credit cards can appear up to 30 days after the refund was completed.
By Bank Account or eCheque through Paypal If the payment was funded by a bank account, eCheque or Instant Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited to the recipient's PayPal balance.
Partial card and Bank through Paypal If the payment is partially funded by a credit card and the remainder paid via a separate source, the amount paid from the credit card will be credited to that card and the remainder, if any, to the recipient's PayPal Account balance.
Quasi-Cash Through Paypal If your credit card funded payment was originally designated as a quasi-cash payment, the denied or refunded payment will credit back to your PayPal Account balance rather than to the credit card - Credit card issuers do not accept quasi-cash credits.
By Card through Nochex - UK only If the payment was sent using a credit or debit card, refunds are credited back to the same credit or debit card account. Due to credit card policy out of our control, refunds to credit cards can appear up to 30 days after the refund was completed.
Cheque by Post - UK only If the payment was made by a cheque issued from a UK bank, the refunded payment will be sent as a cheque - crossed AC to be paid to the original payee.
By Card over the Telephone - UK only If the payment was made using a credit or debit card over the telephone with our card handler - known as Cardholder Not Present, refunds are credited back to the same credit or debit card account. Due to credit card policy out of our control, refunds to credit cards can appear up to 30 days after the refund was completed.
